Founder & Chief Enabler
Marc McNamara is an expert in workforce enablement strategy and execution. He specializes in helping B2B organizations blend art and science to appropriately design content experiences and processes that improve engagement and increase productivity. For more than 25 years, Marc has helped hundreds of organizations reduce their “sales knowledge gap,” with his unique approach and facilitative style.
Before founding The Enablement Group, Marc was the leader of Brainshark’s sales enablement practice, where he oversaw a solutions team serving its worldwide customer base. Prior to that, Marc spent 12 years as principal and co-founder of Avitage where, through partnership with Massachusetts based Sales Research Institute, designed and delivered electronic sales enablement programs to dozens of the Fortune 500. Marc holds a BA in Communications from Boston College and an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
Director of Projects & Programs
Sarah LaLiberte has mastered the art of helping organizations match their offerings with target audiences and market demand. Using just the right combination of technological and traditional methods, she works with B2B organizations to create clear, concise and most importantly, executable content—go-to-market, product launch, sales enablement, and ongoing success strategies—that not only match sales and marketing objectives but also move the organization towards achieving its overall goals. As a partner to The Enablement Group, she helps clients find and achieve their vision of success.
She is also the founder of Mainspire, a global high-tech consulting and marketing firm, and for more than 20 years has held senior management positions at global technology companies and agencies. She has a BS in public relations from Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Public Communications and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, plus multiple certificates including IoT Evolution’s Smart Cities and Blockchain Security.
Director of Learning Experience Design (LX)
Obiageli Sneed is a multi-talented expert in the design and delivery of eLearning training and professional development. With her extensive background and years of experience in online education, the impact of her knowledge and expertise has had a profound impact on professional learners in both higher education and corporate industries. Obiageli is passionate about crafting engaging learning experiences for professional learners.
Throughout her career, she has developed online training and professional development for companies in healthcare, cybersecurity, utilities, sales, human resources, and postsecondary education.
Obiageli holds a Doctorate in Education with a research focus on user engagement in virtual learning environments and a Masters in Educational Technology both from Arizona State University. She also holds an Instructional Designer Certificate from the Online Learning Consortium.
Director of Creative
John Dorlean has been working professionally in the media production and agency industry for over twenty years. He’s been recognized within the industry and received Hatch and Telly awards as well as mentions in publications. John’s skill set includes creative direction, video director, VFX supervision, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, VFX, design, video editing, and sound design.
John has a passion for both creating aesthetically interesting designs and exploring the latest technology to maximize engagement. He also enjoys teaching and helping others understand complex concepts which is reflected in the animation classes he teaches.
Director of Customer Success
Chas Dewing brings more than a decade of experience in content delivery and client support to his role, lending expertise to client support, platform training and product development. Chas is responsible for client engagement and overseeing his team to support TEG’s customer’s strategic goals. His outgoing nature and team-first attitude make him an integral member of the TEG team.
When not working, Chas enjoys spending time hiking, playing tennis and watching sports.
Director of Operations
Kat Wass is a highly-motivated, detailed-driven Program Manager with proven program management skills, and she thrives on seeing a project through from start to completion. She has many years of experience in delivering projects from initial development kick-off to final roll-out of programs.
She prides herself on a high level of attention to detail and a “can-do” attitude to ensure everything is delivered to the highest standard within the required customer timeframes and budgets, which is why in the last 6 months she has become the Director of Operations for The Enablement Group.
She is an innovative and resourceful results-orientated professional, with proven ability to capitalise on business opportunities and consolidate customer relationships.
